Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Renter

2. Cancellation by Host

If a host cancels a confirmed booking, the renter will receive a full refund, including service fees. Repeated host cancellations may result in account review or suspension.

3. Early Returns

No refunds for early returns unless agreed upon by the host.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after confirmation.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of emergencies, weather disruptions, or mechanical issues, CrewCars may issue full or partial refunds at its discretion. Documentation may be required.
