How do I book a car?

Open the CrewCars app, search for your destination FBO or airport identifier, browse available vehicles, select your dates, and confirm your booking. You'll receive instant confirmation.

How does check-in work?

When you arrive at the FBO, open your booking in the app and scan the QR code. Take photos to document the vehicle condition, and you're ready to drive.

What documents do I need?

You'll need a valid driver's license and proof of insurance. Upload these in the app under Profile > Documents. Verification is typically completed within minutes.

How do I cancel a booking?

Go to My Bookings in the app, select the booking you want to cancel, and tap Cancel Booking. Cancellation policies vary by FBO - check the booking details for specifics.

How are payments processed?

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. You can save payment methods for faster checkout. Receipts are available in the app and emailed automatically.

I'm an FBO - how do I list my vehicles?

Sign up as an FBO operator at crewcars.com or in the app. Once verified, you can add vehicles, set pricing and availability, and start accepting bookings.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes.
