You must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license to use CrewCars. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Services Provided

CrewCars connects renters and vehicle hosts for peer-to-peer car sharing. We are not a car rental agency and do not own or operate vehicles listed on the platform.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Use vehicles in accordance with all applicable laws and host instructions.
• Return vehicles on time and in the condition received.

5. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed via Stripe. By using CrewCars, you authorize us to charge your payment method for rentals, fees, and applicable taxes.

7. Limitation of Liability

CrewCars is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Vehicle hosts and renters are responsible for resolving any disputes.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CrewCars, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of CrewCars after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
